Hello. My name is Rosalie Rinaldi and I've been a subscriber for three years. I really appreciate you and your website. My father was born in Benevento and my mother was born in America. Her parents were Neapolitan so I was raised on the foods of Napoli. How lucky am I?

I am 82 years young, retired, and a foodie. I've loved visiting Italy and seeing the many attractions of Rome, eating the foods and shopping. I visited Avellino with a friend whose father was born there. We were entertained royally. We started with figs and salami, then spaghetti marinara and roast

chicken. It couldn't have been a better visit. The memory of the warmth of the family is always with me when I think of Italy.

I am carrying on the traditions of my mother especially at the Holidays. Pizza Rustica, Easter breads, sweet and with hardboiled eggs. I make the Italian Wedding soup regularly and love your recipe for stuffed peppers with bread and olives. I'll stop now.

Thank you Giulia and Tommaso.
