Thank you for the warm welcome Giulia and all the inspiration you provide through your letters from Tuscany. We live in Toano, Reggio Appennino about an hour from Modena and Bologna. Really hoping that 2023 is the year of us finding a house. Will definitely keep you updated. I will also watch for your B&B. If my visit to Julskitchen works out the plan is to drive to Modena on the way to Sud Tyrol. I hope Pedroni still has the Osteria and of course would get some Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale and, if I can land a reservation dinner at Osteria Francescana. We missed it last time in the area but since I took an online "Masterclass" with Chef Bottura whose love for teaching Italian cooking is infectious. The more I learn about him the more I want to experience his cooking.
