Hi Marguerite! I'm so happy to keep our connection alive and strong here on Substack after the cooking class. It's a fabulous way to keep in touch and share delicious food and recipes.

Good luck with your Italian course, next time you'll be in Tuscany we'll have a proper conversation in Italian! I so agree that the best souvenirs are the dishes we are able to replicate once at home: it's a way to experience again our travels!
