Hi Zara, I'm so happy to have you here! Where exactly do you live in Tuscany? Interesting to know that you are training as a nutritional therapist, I guess you would have a lot to share here. I'm just like you, I love seafood and fish but I don't cook it enough. I always say that if I'll ever get rich, I'll have a private chef to cook me the freshest seafood everyday. Fresh fish is really a treat for me.

Hi Giulia, I live in San Casciano in Val di Pesa (Mercatale). Tonight I shall cook Spada on the grill with a mango salsa - I was chatting with a great friend in Australia which made me wish for this dish but tomorrow I will be trying your sformato di cavolfiore - my husband loves this dish and as it is his birthday domani - I will attempt it for him. wish me luck that he enjoys my endeavours!
