So sorry I will miss! I will be on my way back from horse camping. I loved Viola’s book and plan to make more recipes. She has inspired me to get out of my comfort zone 😉

Just made Pollo con olive nere al profumo di salvia e arancio, it came out great. I would add a bit more sage the next time. It was delicious.

I’m gutted I’m not able to join the Q&A this evening, will watch the recording. I’m loving reading Viola’s book. It’s beautiful, the photography is delicious and I’m enjoying the way it’s divided by ingredient. I can’t wait to make my own Pomodori in vaso (whilst sipping Prosecco alle fragole e aceto balsamic traditionale!). The recording will be a treat for the week ahead, thank you Juls 🙏🏻
