You made the right choice and I am so glad. Love the 2012 picture of you with the pasta in your mom’s kitchen and to think it was 10 years later Dave and I got to meet you and join a class. In fact it’s hard to believe it’s been a week short of 2 years since we cooked in your kitchen. Now we are scanning dates for 2025 to come and really dive in with your 3 day adventure. In the meantime, the Sunday zoom sessions will work.

I remember when you came to Alassio to teach for my food styling and photography class. Ten years ago.

Bellissimo! Just about everyone’s favourite dessert, definitely mine, but I do compare if I decide to have a dessert when out. Mine like yours is so creamy and delicious, but my preference is for finely grated chocolate on top rather than the bitterness of cocoa. Thank you for sharing your story, what great achievements , not only blogging and teaching but a successful partnership, with your husband.

We love the Tuscan pork loin roast and have made it several times. I had a cavatelli party with some of my friends at home. We made the pasta and cooked it in the white bean soup. Great memories.
