I really enjoyed this one, and that soup looks delicious. I've added the book to my wish list as I love more modern Jewish cookbooks - for me, that change from meat and potatoes came when Ottolenghi arrived!
Ottolenghi is so good!! This was definitely a precursor to Jerusalem. I think the kosher palette was out of print for a while but they’re bringing back an updated version by popular demand -- I’ll have to get one for me and one for my mom since she lost her copy. 😂
Grazie mille for having me, Giulia! I can’t wait to share your recipe with my readers on Friday. 💛
Thank you Meryl! It is such a great recipe, I really can't wait to try it!
Absolutely delicious! I used macaroni noodles and it was perfect.
I'm so so happy to hear you enjoyed it! :)
I made this & it was delicious! TY ❤️
So happy to hear you enjoyed it! Thank you for giving it a try <3
So happy! thank you Tèa!
This soup is very Armenian-Italian, right up my alley!
I can't wait to try it! I have all the ingredients at home!

This is a fabulous combination of ingredients. We eat lentils regularly and this will joint the rotation.
We usually eat more beans and chickpeas, so this is a great recipe to eat more lentils!
I love red lentils --look forward to trying this different flavors twist to what we usually have.
I am very curious, too!
