So so so glad it was useful!! I bought again some candied citron peel and spices to replicate it. And the walnut and fog panforte, too! Let me know how it turns out!

In my recipe I list the ingredients suggested by Righi Parenti, a famous cookbook author from Siena. Otherwise, try with pain d’epices spices!
