Your episode on cooking risotto was so evocative. It convinced me to try cooking risotto again and with the guidance of your audio cues about the process and your instructions, the risotto turned out perfectly.

I love your podcast so much! Whenever you go back to it, I’ll be there : ) I re-listen to the Christmas episodes during Advent, and I also really enjoy when you talk about books or cookbooks you love. I’m so excited for your new cookbook!

I understand you are both a writer and an artist and you must keep your medium pure. I love your podcast and how you can bring out the beauty in food. I look forward to any and all future mediums of your love of food. Thank you!
oh, as I said before answering another comment, I didn't expect one could re-listen to episodes of my podcast! you are definitely convincing me to come back with more episodes!
I love you podcasts, I could listen to them on my walks. The newsletters are also wonderful but they take more time to sit and read, and since I do not read in an Italian accent some of the charm and passion is lost. I still hope to come join your cooking class one day. Thank you for sharing your love of cooking with us!
