Your episode on cooking risotto was so evocative. It convinced me to try cooking risotto again and with the guidance of your audio cues about the process and your instructions, the risotto turned out perfectly.

I love you podcasts, I could listen to them on my walks. The newsletters are also wonderful but they take more time to sit and read, and since I do not read in an Italian accent some of the charm and passion is lost. I still hope to come join your cooking class one day. Thank you for sharing your love of cooking with us!
