I still have some 'winter decorations' around the house. The tree is down. The bows are packed away. We have a beautiful floral arrangement which is healthy and hearty. I won't get rid of it.

We still have two whole Panettone to eat. We were gifted with these in addition to the one we

bought. We make Panettone French Toast and it's so delicious.

I tried to watch your video, but RAI cannot be streamed in the US. It says it’s only available in Italy. Darn!! I guess I’ll just have to wait until I’m in Italy again later this year. We will be in Puglia in early September. Any chance you might be there too at that time Giulia? I’d live to meet in person.

I will support you all the way! I just finally put out my Christmas tree and put away the decorations. We have a live tree every year and this one was still in such good green shape. I miss it! I will use the branches off it to cover my other plants for the coming cold. The house is clean and fresh with winter decor still out and some hearts! 💕

I always look forward to hearing from you. I, too, have to take down the Christmas decorations now that 'little Christmas' is over but I'm keeping up winter decorations until mid=February. Why not? Poinsiettas are red and brighten Valentine' Day.

We love crespelle. I make them with four cheeses: Asiago, Fontina, Provolone and Parmesan Reggiano. So delicious and a wonderful dish to make for company. Happy New Year and

continued success.
