That’s one of the reasons I like baking so much. It’s a special time, for me alone or with my kids. The smell is wonderful, and I find handling the dough quite relaxing. Plus there’s the magic of making something pretty amazing with something simple like flour. I feel the same way about handmade pasta. And I absolutely love Domenica’s book.

Yes I bake cookies every month. Cookies are the best with a cup of tea.Homemade cookies and you never buy them in a store anymore.
