When I think of savory cookies or crackers I am always thinking of them in the context of pre-dinner appetizers to go with wine. What wine would you pair with a savory biscotti?

Dear Giulia I would love some recipes with fagioli serpenti. I always see them at the markets in Summer. And are there any food Festivals in tuscany in mid-july and early August. I'll be on Holiday this year in Siena and Lucca and would Love to participate in one.
