I’ll definitely try this soup! Earlier this year, I made up a Crema de Calabacín — Cream of Courgette Soup with Bleu Cheese that I had enjoyed at a Spanish restaurant I like. I enjoy these kinds of dishes so much. I should do a post specifically on puréed zucchini soups! 😂
